Active chats = sessions with a message in the last 5 minutes; headroom is measured against the deployment's rated capacity (
CHAT_CAPACITY, from the sizing document). Voice capacity (VOICE_MAX_CONCURRENT) is enforced live: beyond it, new users don't see the microphone and voice turns get the polite busy line.System detail - everything running right now
